The Horrors release a video for their song "Changing The Rain" from their 2011 album 'Skying'. The video showcases the band as psychedelic floating cartoon heads and reminds me of the Beatles epic and equally psychedelic "Yellow Submarine" animated film without the blue meanies and apple bonkers.
